Jubilee and Jubilee-XL Retrofits – Sustainably updating fluorescent luminaires

Widely used in the healthcare and education sectors, the surface-mounted Jubilee and Jubilee-XL linear luminaires have been a cornerstone of the Thorlux range for many years.

Now, customers can upgrade existing fluorescent Jubilee and Jubilee-XL units with new retrofit modules to maximise energy savings while reducing waste and minimising disruption.

Retrofitting with the new kits can be done in situ, without having to remove the luminaire body from the ceiling. The retrofit kit simply replaces the existing gear tray within the luminaire. Providing up to 144.5 LL/CW and the option of integral SmartScan controls, replacing obsolete fluorescents with efficient LEDs is easy.

Retrofitting is a sustainable, efficient alternative to completely replacing an older luminaire. Typically, there is a 56% embodied carbon saving and a 49% operational carbon saving, with 56% of the original luminaire retained.
